Motorsport wants to confirm Imolas performance in Pergusa
with Christian Montanari and Marco Bonanomi
            Fifth
round of the Italian F.3 Championship will take place on Sunday
June 15th in Pergusa and Coloni Motorsport will present himself
on the fast Sicilian circuit with the will to confirm the excellent
result obtained in Imola, when Marco Bonanomi took the first victory
of the all-new Lola-Dome F106 and Christian Montanari earned the
              third place.
            Coloni
Motorsport worked hard in the break period between Imola and Pergusa,
taking big steps forward with the car development: the F106-Mugen
Honda in fact will show in Sicily some new solutions, both aerodynamic
and mechanical. The aerodynamic novelties tended to reduce air resistance
and the mechanical ones have been entirely designed by Coloni Motorsport
engineers and then realized in the teams factory. This further
developing step has been designed for fast tracks and both the squad
and drivers are very confident about it.
            First
contact with the fifth race of the Italian F.3 on Friday with the
free practice, Saturday the two qualifying session and then the
              race on Sunday.
             Christian
Montanari, driver: I care about achieving a good result because
in Imola we saw that the car has a great potential. We have many
chances of win too, I want to take my first victory in F.3. In Imola
in fact I have a very good pace, the car was very good and Im
sure that we will present ourselves in Pergusa with good possibilities.
Pergusa is a beautiful circuit, but it will be a demanding race:
for drivers because of the heat but for the cars too due to the
              high kerbs.

             Marco
Bonanomi, driver: I expect to get a good outcome in Pergusa
after what we have done in Imola. Im very confident about
the new developing steps we will bring in Sicily and Ill do
my best, facing the race with great concentration: its fundamental
to achieve as many points as possible for the championship. I know
this circuit, I ran here in 2002 and I like such a fast track. I
think in Pergusa the drivers qualities are very important.
